Flexibility and Strength classes

Rhythmic Stars is introducing a new stretching and strength/conditioning class for all ages. Stretching increases flexibility which aids in injury reduction and prevention which is why it is the cornerstone on which all athletic training is founded. We offer a comprehensive training program that utilizes unique elements from gymnastics, helping athletes gain maximum flexibility and strength while learning correct posture and stretching techniques.

  • How big is the typical class at RSGA?

We maintain 8 children to 1 coach ration for all our rhythmic gymnastics classes to ensure students receive ample attention during every practice
  • I missed a class. Can I schedule a make-up?

Yes, students can make-up one class per month for an absence (for example, sickness or family vacations). All make-ups must be scheduled within 4 weeks of the absence. There are no make-ups for any gym holidays because they have already been calculated into the monthly tuition.
  • When is monthly tuition due?

Monthly tuition is due before the beginning of the month on the 27th of the prior month. For example, February tuition is due by January 27th. All students who do not pay on time, will receive a late fee of $25. Monthly tuition is non-refundable.
  • Can I try the class before registering?

Yes, we offer a free trial class for all new students. You can request a trial by clicking "Register" in the top right corner of the page.
